"We go to this restaurant literally all the time because their food is so good and the prices are so good. We joke that maybe we come too much and they think we're weird But when you find something this good, ain't no shame in frequenting! The pizza is as good as Toppers, the chicken schwarma wrap is so delicious, the schwarma plates are so good, the hummus is perfect, the calzones are top- I mean, we've tried a lot from this place, and we like everything."

"Food was pretty good. But was overshadowed by this young couple changing their kids diaper at the table. Nasty. Ruined my meal. Had to walk out. Worst was restroom had a changing station. AND wait staff saw what was happening and did nothing."

They deserved a comfortable meal, and it’s completely understandable that the situation described would ruin it. Changing a diaper at a dining table is not acceptable, especially when a restroom changing station is available. 😕 It’s also fair for them to expect the team to step in promptly and respectfully. When a guest brings up a concern like this—or when staff clearly observes something that impacts other diners—action should be taken right away to protect everyone’s dining experience. The fact that they felt they had to walk out speaks to how disruptive and unpleasant it was. At the same time, it’s appreciated that they still noted the food was pretty good. That makes it even more disappointing that the overall visit was overshadowed by something preventable. They’re invited to reach out directly with the date/time of the visit (and, if possible, the receipt or the name on the order) so this can be addressed with the team and appropriate follow-up can happen. Most importantly, they shouldn’t have to pay for a meal they couldn’t even finish. A free meal is on the house to make this right. 🍽️ Please have them contact the restaurant directly or reply here with the best way to reach them, and arrangements will be made for a comped visit at their convenience. They shouldn’t have experienced this, and their feedback is being taken seriously.
