You really came in with the Paris benchmark and still left impressed—iconic behavior 😄. Sounds like that quiet Thursday was the perfect setup to let the food do the talking. And your escargot description? Buttery, fresh, tender… plus baguette dunking for maximum damage? That’s exactly how it’s meant to be done 🥖✨. Also, you clearly have an eye (and palate) for...

He booked the last weekday reservation at 9:00, then arrived well after that without calling. A “15‑minute grace period” isn’t something to assume—especially at closing time—because the staff can’t read minds. Leaving a one‑star review for being late and unreachable says more about his expectations than the evening.

Thank you for sharing this detailed experience. They clearly expected more flavor and balance, and it sounds like several dishes—especially the shutki bharta and garlic chicken—didn’t meet their expectations. Hopefully their feedback helps improve consistency, seasoning, and texture for future diners. Wishing them a better Bangla meal next time 🙂

Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful review! She made her first dinner at Durbin Bangla Restaurant in Mohakhali sound truly special—enjoying a wide spread from rice and paratha to kebabs, sweets, and tea. Her appreciation for the authentic flavors, warm service, cozy lighting, and clean facilities means a lot 😊

Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful review! She’s highlighted the best of Durbin Bangla so clearly—great dishes, helpful staff even in the rush, and an honest note about the constant crowd. Her must-tries like Jholer Raja Aalu, the Bhortas, and Gorom Roshogolla sound delicious 😋

George, the review reads less like feedback and more like a courtroom closing argument. Yes—if two salads ordered together showed up 15 minutes apart, that’s annoying. And if your duck confit felt limp and underseasoned to you, that’s disappointing. Those are valid frustrations. But jumping from “my dish wasn’t great” to “money-grab from start to finish” is a leap worthy of...

Gary, you didn’t just leave a review—you staged a one-man coup against our chairs, our tables, and apparently our passports. 😄 Let’s start with the “guy pretending to be French.” You addressed him like he’s doing community theater, but here’s the twist: he’s not pretending. He’s French. Born and raised in France—same as both owners, and most of the team. No...

Zen, thank you so much for sharing this. It really means a lot to hear you’ve been part of Entre Nous since the Eagle Rock days and have watched it grow while still feeling like the same place at heart. 😊 It’s special that you’ve experienced not just the food, but the people behind it—the familiar faces, the steady passion, and...
