Alexandre’s frustration is understandable, and it’s unfortunate he left feeling unheard. That said, staff typically don’t ask a customer to return another day without a clear reason or a specific policy constraint. If he shares the date/time and receipt details, the situation can be reviewed more accurately. 🙏🧾

"I tried to make a return in the men's section, within the valid period and with my receipt. The employee (short hair) claimed they would process the return, but with no clear reason, asked me to come back another day. When I asked for the manager, I was treated without kindness or care. They did not provide names so I could file a complaint. I left extremely frustrated and disappointed by the lack of consideration and respect in the service."
